From design to finished product
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric using needle and thread. Unlike screen printing, embroidery adds texture and dimension — giving your apparel a premium, lasting look.
We start with your artwork. Our designers optimize each design for embroidery, converting images into digital embroidery files (called "tapes"). We adjust stitch density, underlay, and thread colors to ensure the design looks great on fabric.
We source premium fabrics that hold embroidery well. Cotton twill, canvas, and heavy fleece are ideal. We pre-treat fabrics to ensure smooth stitching and prevent puckering. Each garment is inspected before embroidery.
Using specialized software, we create a "run" file that tells the embroidery machine exactly where to place each stitch. This includes: stitch direction, density, pull compensation, and thread sequence.
Each garment is hooped and stabilized in the embroidery machine. We load the correct thread colors (up to 15 colors per design) and run a test stitch to ensure perfect placement before production.
Our commercial embroidery machines stitch your design with precision. A typical design takes 15-30 minutes per garment. The machine uses high-quality polyester thread that's durable and fade-resistant.
Every piece is inspected for loose threads, misaligned stitches, or fabric puckering. We trim thread ends, apply backing (if needed), and package your order with care.
We use premium polyester thread that is:
• Fade-resistant (won't lose color in sunlight)
• Machine washable
• Soft to the touch
• Environmentally friendly
Our standard embroidery uses 8,000-15,000 stitches per design, ensuring detailed artwork without compromising durability. For more complex designs, we go up to 25,000+ stitches.
